About Us

We have been perfecting our Pizza on Crantock Street since February 2009. Our path to creating the little italy 'Newquay's tastiest Pizza' begins by assembling a range of different ingredients sourced fresh from reputable suppliers in Cornwall and the South West delivered to our stores each day.
We are constantly looking for, and trialing, new food and ingredients and tastes to give you a unique home cooked taste.We continually strive to ensure that all little italy food is as healthy as great taste will allow. Our Pizzas will not be like those of the international chains - with the same mass produced, processed dough sold in every store in every town.
Our Pizza is a bespoke rustic product, and therefore will have subtle flavour changes due to the sauces being hand-made in-house and us cooking your food to order, as opposed to machine timed cookers. Like all home-made hand prepared food, there will be subtle differences which give you the knowledge & satisfaction that little italy Pizza is real food. We are the ‘slow food’ of fast food – but worth the wait. Good things take time. Our average cooking time is six minutes, so it depends how busy we are. We'll let you know though!

(We can give you exceptionally healthy food but it won’t be quite as tasty!)
•Our Ciabatta and is baked fresh each day & made with olive oil.
•Our Chicken is diced British whole meat breast fillet. 
•We use our local greengrocer Stokes, and 'walk' the goods to the shop.
•Our Mozzarella is from a Bedfordshire Carnavalo heard.
•Both the dough and tomato sauce are made fresh daily on the premises.
•We love herbs and are supplied by local gardens and nurseries.

Also at little italy we believe that we must look after the planet as well as our health, so we make every effort to be a sustainable business with as small a carbon footprint as we can.
•Wherever possible we use local suppliers to reduce food miles. 
•We use energy efficient light bulbs. 
•We are trying our best to recycle as much as we can.

We make each pizza one at a time, created & cooked fresh to your order. You can assemble any of our ingredients any way you choose by creating your own pizza using our Menu .
